Spennymoor Town FC: Terms and Conditions

Registration & Payment

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
  • Refunds will be issued if a session is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met.

Health & Safety

  • All medical conditions must be declared during registration and kept up-to-date by notifying us via email or phone.

Code of Conduct

  • Spennymoor Town FC reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme without refund if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or engaging in disruptive behaviour.

Supervision & Responsibility

  • Spennymoor Town FC and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the class unless caused by the club’s negligence.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safe drop-off and pick-up.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
  • If a session is cancelled due to typical bad weather, Spennymoor Town FC will offer a make-up session or refund the missed class.
  • In the event of a class being cancelled due to low attendance, payments will be refunded in full.

Photographs & Media

  • If you do not consent to your child being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes, you must inform us via email at academy@spennymoortownfc.org
  • Any changes in your consent must be communicated to us promptly.

Attendance & Participation

  • Attendance at all sessions is encouraged, but Spennymoor Town FC does not provide refunds for missed sessions.
  • If a participant is unable to attend a session due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, please notify the club as soon as possible.

Weather & Venue Changes

  • Spennymoor Town FC reserves the right to cancel or change venues for sessions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, parents will be informed as soon as possible, and where appropriate, refunds or make-up sessions will be offered.

Liability

  • Spennymoor Town FC accepts no liability for injuries or losses incurred during sessions unless caused by the club’s negligence.
